How It Works
- Shop
When shopping at HETA, look for the Ushop Tax Free logo. At checkout, ask the staff for a Tax Free Form and fill in all required details clearly using your passport.
- Get Your Form Stamped
When you leaving EU, go to the Customs desk at the airport, port, or border crossing. Present your Tax Free Form, passport, receipts, and unused goods for inspection and receive an official Customs stamp.
No Customs stamp = No refund.
- Send the Form
Place your stamped form into the prepaid Ushop envelope you received in-store and mail it to Ushop. Sending the envelope is completely free of charge.
- Receive Your Refund
Once your stamped form is received and verified, Ushop will process your refund and transfer the amount directly to your card number or another selected payment method.
